Marius Anthony “Poochie” Davis was born to Jasper Davis and Inez Blacknall-Davis on Jan, 13, 1964, in Mexia. He attended school in Groesbeck and graduated in 1982 and then he went to the Navy from 1982-1985. He passed away April 23, 2022.
Teresa Blanchard Burkhart, age 71, died Sunday, May 8, 2022, with her family at her side.
Georgia Mae Asberry-Wedlow was born Dec. 29, 1950, to George and Geraldine Asberry in Mexia. She was called home Friday, April 22, 2022, to be reunited with her late son, Nicholas O’Neal Gillespie; granddaughter, Ciana Nacole Leonard; and her father.
Charles Douglas Hamilton, 81, passed away on May 6, 2022, in Waco, with his wife, Kate, by his side.
Glenda Kay Boyd, of Teague, passed away on May 3, 2022, in Waco at the age of 74. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, May 7, in the Wortham Cemetery.
