The Mexia boys’ soccer team roughed up a District 17- 4A foe with a double-digit victory for the second consecutive match.
The Mexia girls’ basketball team got off to a fast start in its regular-season finale against China Spring on Friday. But the Lady Cougars came back to take the lead in the third quarter and continued on to a 40-33 victory.
