There’s the beef
Which was the most – the students having fun in food preparation or the exquisite taste of the cuisine? The Wortham Bulldog Beefstro BBQ Team held its annual Super Bowl Fundraiser on Feb. 12. The students cooked a total of five briskets, 64 racks of ribs, 64 whole chickens and 125 pounds of Slovacek’s Sausage. Thirty students participated in the event.
