The Mexia Ladycats and Fairfield Lady Eagles wrapped up the regular volleyball season Tuesday night, Oct. 29, in Mexia. It was Fairfield coming away with a win in straight sets, 25-11, 25-20, 25-15.

Mexia wins Homecoming game in OT

The Mexia Blackcats football team scratched out an overtime victory Friday night, Nov. 1, in front of their loyal fans on Homecoming Night. They beat the Maypearl Panthers 17-10 to improve to 3-1 in district. Maypearl’s district mark now sits at 2-2.
