Regina Mae Phillips, 71, of Mexia, passed away on March 8, 2022, at her residence. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 19, at 11 a.m. at Mexia Cemetery with Ray Jones officiating. Visitation with the family will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Jones Funeral Services in Mexia.

Bobby Joe Maddox, 87, of Fayetteville, Ark., peacefully passed into heaven Jan. 22, 2022, after suffering a fatal brain hemorrhage. Maddox is survived by his wife, Valdean Maddox, of Fayetteville; twin sister, Betty Harris, of Mexia; sister, Nelda LeNoir, of Groesbeck; and several nieces and nephews. He had one biological daughter, Belinda Maddox, of Fort Worth.
