Rosie Marie Blacknall Jackson was born March 19, 1933, to Mr. and Mrs. William Blacknall. She received her formal education at Blackshear School. She confessed her faith in Christ at an early age at Lone Star Baptist Church and was a faithful member until her health failed.

Tamica L. Jarrett was born Aug. 21, 1975, in Marshall to Calvin C. Fortson Jr. and Anna Marie Jarrett. Tamica graduated from Itasca High School, class of 1994, and attended Remington College. She was employed with Johnson County Sheriff Department for more than 10 years, where she worked as a correctional officer. Tamica loved her job and her work family. She accepted Christ at an early age and united with Bethlehem Baptist Church of Itasca. She later joined Macedonia Baptist Church of Hubbard.
