PEARLIE MAE BEACHUM

The Angelic Hosts came for Miss Pearlie Mae Beachum on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2019, at her residence in Mexia, among loving family and devoted friends.

Viewing was to be held from 1 to 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, at Moore’s  Angelic Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, in the Greater Mt. Hope Missionary Baptist Church 816 N. 1st St., Mt. Calm, with Pastor Demetrious Beachum, minister of ceremony, and Elder J.W. Beachum officiating.  Interment will be held in the Mt. Calm Area Cemetery, Mt. Calm.

Miss Beachum was born to the parentage of Clarence Beachum and Katherine Silmon Beachum in The Delia Community of Limestone County.  She was the last living child of Clarence and Katherine Beachum.  She was blessed with one daughter, Katherine Beachum, who preceded her in death at an early age.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Vicy Kirven, Rachel Stephens, Pearl Moseley and Lena Mae Kirven; and a brother, Deatrice Beachum.

Those left to cherish her memory are her faithful caregiver, Mrs. Bennie Kirven; two cousins, J.W. Beachum and Preston Delana Beachum; along with a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
