MLTC Report
This week at Mexia Long Term Care we started our week playing horseshoes on Monday morning. Residents enjoyed playing bingo on Monday afternoon.
Residents played egg toss with Hannah from Providence Hospice on Tuesday morning and had their Resident Council meeting that afternoon. The sweet folks from Mexia State Supported Living Center provided beautiful singing Tuesday afternoon also.
Residents will enjoy their Bible group with Bob Kersten on Wednesday morning. Residents will enjoy playing bingo that afternoon. Residents will have bowling on Thursday morning and play bean bag toss that afternoon.
Residents will enjoy getting manicures on Friday morning and play bingo that afternoon. Residents will have worship services on Sunday afternoon with Bob Kersten and enjoy Church services either online or on TV.
If anyone would like to donate empty plastic eggs or already stuffed ones for our big hunt on April 18 at 2 p.m., you can drop them off with Teresa at the facility. All children 12 and under are invited to attend our Annual Easter egg hunt on April 18.
One resident celebrating a birthday this week is Maria Salazar on April 6. Happy Birthday to this sweet lady!
Mexia LTC residents and staff express our deepest sympathy to the Billy Lummus family for their recent loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with them all.
