Tejas Urgent Care plans for new location within year

Tricounty Medical Family Care Group LLC, the legal name of Tejas Urgent Care in Mexia, is moving to a new location at 401 E. Milam, with plans to complete the transition by the end of the year, said director of operations Laura Russo.
Dry conditions hasten breaks in city’s aging water infrastructure

The city of Mexia recently experienced several water main breaks that left some residents without water for hours at a time. Hot, dry conditions make water infrastructure increasingly vulnerable to breaks.
