A fight at a trail ride ended with three people being shot early Sunday morning, May 26, according to Limestone County Sheriff Murray Agnew.
Mexia High School administrators learned, via an anonymous tip, of an alleged threat to the campus at 10:15 a.m. Thursday, May 23, but it proved to be unfounded, according to a press release issued by MISD Superintendent Ryder Appleton.
Dear Heloise: I probably got this hint from your column years ago, but you might want to print it again: When I go to use a coffee filter, the filters often stick together. In order to get one off, I keep a piece of double-sided tape on the inside of the cabinet door. Just touch the package of filters against the tape, and one of the filters will come off.
