Frank Albert Frazier Jr.

Frank Albert Frazier Jr. was the first born child of Hattie Woods and Frank Albert Frazier Sr.  He was a truck driver for many years, traveling from Florida to Alaska and anywhere between.   He worked as a Foster Grandparent at the Mexia State Supported Living Center. He was also was very good cook and a master at storytelling. He and his duck dressing will be greatly missed during the holidays.

He confessed his love of Christ at an early age. He was a deacon at Mount Hebron Baptist Church in Terrell. Upon moving to Mexia, he was a deacon as well as Sunday school teacher at Beulah Baptist Church in Wortham. The Lord called him home Oct. 30, 2018.  

He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings, Mark Frazier, Warren Henderson and Hattie Marie Henderson.

Frank is survived by his wife, Prezell Frazier; children, Erlene (Alvin) Oatman, Deloise Frazier, Maurice (Michele) Washington), Bill Washington, Rick Washington and John Washington; four sisters, Mildred Henderson, ParaLee Henderson, Mary L. Manning and Lola D. Henderson;  three brothers, R.J. (Pearl) Frazier, Marvin Lee Henderson and Maurice Henderson; 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other beloved relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Nov. 3 at Greater Haynes Memorial Church of God in Christ, Mexia.  Arrangements and service entrusted to Pearly Gates Funeral Home of Mexia.
