Mexia police responded last week to an attempt to steal merchandise at a department store in Mexia, and also arrested a woman at a traffic stop for allegedly possessing drugs.
Third place in Mexia’s Christmas Parade of Lights was won by Mike Terry Auto Group.
Second place in Mexia’s Christmas Parade of Lights was won by Tacos Jalisco.
This parade float, entered by Calvary Baptist Church, won first place in Mexia’s Christmas Parade of Lights.
