Mexia school board members got a double shot of training Monday, Aug. 16, as they worked with a trainer on developing goals for the district.
After four years of playing high school soccer, including the first two against the boys, Selena Buentello figured her playing career was over.
Mexia City Council approved some last-minute changes to the proposed city budget for Fiscal Year 2021-22 and also agreed to the final proposed property tax rate of $0.8409 before turning them over to the city secretary at Tuesday night’s meeting.
