Central Texas suffered severe thunderstorms, which included high winds, hail and heavy rain Monday night, March 21. The storm left some Mexia residents without power for a period of time and a utility pole damaged at Hughes City Park.
Kent Wilson, of Groesbeck, was recently appointed to Position 7 of the Limestone Medical Center Board of Directors recently during a regularly held meeting.
This week at Mexia LTC we started off with Bible study Monday morning. Residents played bingo Monday afternoon.
Mexia resident Karsha Ross said everything is blooming and vibrant with life during the springtime. It’s a time for dead, dreary things to flourish and come alive, she said.
