Daughters of American Revolution meets, hears presentation on patriot
Jonathan Hardin Chapter-Daughters of the American Revolution met in the conference room of the Gibbs Memorial Library in Mexia on Wednesday, Oct. 13. The meeting was called to order by Treasurer Diane Pullin, who stepped in for Madam Regent Nancy McSwane. The invocation was given by Pat Wiggens, who stepped in for Chaplain Marsha Black. The DAR ritual was led by Diane Pullin, followed by the pledge to the American and Texas flags, led by Beth Harrison and Beverly Jones, followed by the President General’s message read by Diane Pullin.
