Appraisal district forced to increase property values

With a Property Value Study looming on the horizon, Limestone County Chief Appraiser Terri Lenamon lamented through a recent news release, the need for substantial changes to property values in the county. She explained that a failure of the study done by the state comptroller on market values may mean a loss of state funding for local schools.

Trooper Chad M. Walker Highway Memorial signs are now officially up along Highway 164 West as you’re entering Groesbeck and all the way down Highway 164 East on the Navasota River.
