(StatePoint) Health experts say that establishing and maintaining family traditions can boost overall well-being and vitality, especially as we age.

The following indictments were handed down Aug. 17 by a Limestone County grand jury. Those listed are not guilty unless and until a court finds otherwise. An indictment means there is enough evidence to warrant a trial.

Parkview Regional Hospital announced that Mitchell Myers, M.D., has joined its staff and will be offering orthopedic surgical services to patients in Mexia and the surrounding area. Myers has a strong background in general orthopedics, specializing in total joint replacement, sports medicine, knee, shoulder and hip surgery, arthritis and arthroscopic surgery. He will join Dr. Robert Launikitis, orthopedic surgeon, in the Parkview Orthopedics and Sports Medicine practice.
