Raffle tickets to benefit library

Those who wish to help Gibbs Memorial Library financially may buy raffle tickets from the Rotary Club of Mexia. Tickets are only $5 each or $25 for six.
The winning ticket will be drawn at the Rotary Club’s noon meeting on Oct. 29. Need not be present to win.
The owner of the first ticket drawn will have first choice of either:
• A guided fishing trip with J-Rods Guide Service; or
• A Savage Model 16 .253 Winchester Caliber Rifle with a 3x9 scope.
The owner of the second ticket drawn will get the prize not claimed by the first winner.
Tickets may be purchased from any Rotary member or in person at The Mexia News, 214 N. Railroad, 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
