One more mention of what I perceived as a “touch of class” by the Mexia Varsity football team as the guys walked through the “big cat,” four abreast, with the front line bearing the United States flag, then closing ranks and “huddling,” more than likely for prayer directed for families of those who lost loved ones, and for families of the wounded in the tragedy at Fort Hood. That was a class act, in which the team walked out instead of running at Groesbeck...
